Valero Pension Plan

Share Incentive Plan (SIP)
Our award-winning Share Incentive Plan (SIP) gives employees the opportunity to acquire shares of common stock in Valero Energy Corporation in a tax efficient manner by awarding two Matching Shares for every Partnership Share that the Trustees buy for you through the SIP’s dealing facility, on contributions up to £125 per month.
Private Medical Insurance
Valero’s Private Medical Insurance provider offers a range of medical services that are designed to support employees and their families with their health and well-being needs. Enrollment is Company funded by Valero, subject to a benefit in kind tax, and has discounted rates for further family cover at employees' expense.
Vacation
Valero provides a minimum of 22 days leave per calendar year, plus statutory holidays (pro-rated for new hires who join the company during the holiday year). After the first year of employment, vacation increases in line with years of service.
