Overview
The Valero Ardmore Refinery is located in Oklahoma, approximately 100 miles south of Oklahoma City and 100 miles north of Dallas. The refinery predominantly receives Permian Basin and Cushing-sourced crude oil via third-party pipelines. Refined petroleum products are transported via rail, trucks and the Magellan pipeline system.

Environmentally Responsible Operations
Since 2001, more than $400 million has been invested in environmental projects to reduce emissions and improve the environment including:
- New high efficiency, low emission steam boiler
- Combustion gas scrubbing unit that lowers particulate air emissions
- Flare gas recovery unit
- Diesel hydrotreating unit to produce ultra-low sulfur diesel
- New gasoline desulfurization unit to produce Tier III compliant gasoline.
